Markets and shopping complexes in Tashkent, as well as their property, will be inventoried

▫️Work will be organised to study the financial condition of markets and shopping complexes in Tashkent city, inventory their property and identify existing problems.

📈This will be carried out within the framework of additional measures aimed at the socio-economic development of Tashkent city in 2026–2027.

During the inventory process:

➡️ cadastral documents of buildings and structures, existing assets and the list of property owners will be examined;
➡️ illegal constructions in the territories of markets and shopping complexes will be identified and measures will be taken to eliminate them;
➡️ boundaries of the territories, protection zones and existing restrictions will be studied;
➡️ taxes, mandatory payments and other debts will be analysed;
➡️ the financial condition of the complexes and existing problems will be studied, and proposals for resolving them will be developed.

🟢Based on the results of the studies, proposals will be prepared for the effective use of the assets of markets and shopping complexes, including putting them up for public auction in accordance with the decisions of the relevant governing bodies.

These works will be carried out with the participation of the Tashkent City Department of the Cadastre Agency, district khokimiyats, tax authorities, the Municipal Asset Management Centre and “Tashkent Invest Company” JSC.
