On September 7, during the morning peak hours, the metro operated stably
In connection with the start of the new academic year at higher education institutions, transport movement in Tashkent city, including the operation of the metro, is being continuously monitored jointly with partner organizations.
📍On September 7, from 07:00 to 10:00 in the morning, a total of 64 trains on the metro’s 4 lines provided services to passengers.
🚇 During this time interval, 243,821 passenger trips were recorded on the metro.
As a result of continuous monitoring of the metro’s operation and the reduction of train intervals, movement was organized stably on the Chilanzar and Uzbekistan lines, which have the highest passenger flows.
✅ During real-time monitoring by the Situation Center:
— no interruptions or inconveniences in train movement were recorded;
— no excessive accumulation of passengers at stations was observed;
— no unpleasant situations arose in the process of serving passengers.
In order to create convenient and safe conditions for passengers, the operation of the metro, as well as other public transport, continues to be monitored continuously.
